This set includes enough paint for approximately 3 to 8 dolls depending on the artist's paint application and usage.  The picture shows the average amount of paint in each jar. The Flesh 08 color is filled to the top with more paint then the rest because Flesh 08 is used in significantly higher quantity then other colors. 
To make this set most affordable for you the jars are not filled to the top.  Each jar is hand packaged and amounts will vary slightly.  Colors such a green are used in such small quantities by newborning artists that the petite amount you get in this set will easily last for as many as 30 dolls when used in suggested quantities.  We recommend you get your paint out of the jar using a small toothpick.  This will prevent wasted paint.
